Lions and Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) Chinese Medicine Charity Foundation jointly set up by the Lions Club and the University recently received a generous donations of HK$200,000 from the Lions Club of Tuen Mun and HK$50,000 from Dr. Lam Hoiham to support its “Privilege Scheme of Chinese Medicine Service for Elderly” in helping elderly people suffering from chronic diseases to pay for their medical expenses when receiving treatment provided by HKBU’s designated Chinese medicine clinics.
