  2. 閣下的網上捐款交易將經由本慈善基金委託之收款服務供應商處理。我們現只接受港幣作網上捐款。
  3. 凡捐款港幣$100或以上，將獲簽發捐款收據作免稅申請。本慈善基金將以本地平郵寄發收據予捐款人。
  4. 請確保閣下於網上捐款表格上填入正確的資料，以便我們處理閣下的捐款及印發捐款收據。
  5. 本慈善基金可能基於行政需要而查核閣下所提供的身份或其他資料。閣下同意本慈善基金於收取及處理捐款時，可在合理情況下要求閣下提供有關資料和文件予以查核。
  6. 一切從本網站收集之資料只供香港浸會大學及/或本慈善基金使用於有關捐款事宜上。
  7. 當閣下確定在本慈善基金網站以信用卡作網上捐款，閣下將被轉到我們委託之收款服務供應商系統進行付款程序。收款服務供應商將會收集及保密處理閣下的信用卡資料。本慈善基金及香港浸會大學不會知道及保存閣下完整的信用卡號碼。
  8. 除非有關網上捐款涉及欺詐，否則所有已完成的網上捐款交易將不獲退款。如果閣下發現信用卡被盜用，請閣下盡快通知發卡機構（銀行或金融機構）和本慈善基金。在有關情況下，我們將要求閣下以書面形式提供進一步資料進行查證。
  9. 本慈善基金保留權利在未有預先通知的情況下更新、暫停或終止本網站的運作。
