CMCF receives donation for Chinese medicine services for the elderly

The Lions and HKBU Chinese Medicine Charity Foundation received a donation of HK$174,257 from Lions Clubs International District 303 - Hong Kong & Macao, China and HK$100,000 from Lions Club of Tuen Mun. The donations are earmarked for the Privilege Scheme of Chinese Medicine Service for the Elderly, which provided financial subsidies for elderly people to seek treatment at HKBU Chinese medicine clinics.
Dr. Yang Junjun, Associate Director of CLNC and Senior Consultant of HKBU-Jockey Club Chinese Medicine Disease Prevention and Health Management Centre, expressed sincere gratitude to the donors at the cheque presentation ceremony held at the Centre on 20 September 2019.
