Official launch of an online donation platform
The Lions and Hong Kong Baptist University Chinese Medicine Charity Foundation (Foundation) launched its online donation platform in August 2016, offering a new option for donors to make a donation. Online donation can be made through the following:
(1) Credit card payment (VISA/ MasterCard/ China UnionPay)
(2) To fill in the online form and the amount of donation, and then:
(2.1) Posting a crossed cheque payable to “Lions & Hong Kong Baptist University Chinese Medicine Charity Foundation Ltd.”
together with your personal details (donor’s name and contact number) and mail it to us at Secretariat, School of Chinese
Medicine, Hong Kong Baptist University, Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong*. Please mark "Privilege Scheme of CM Service for
Elderly” on the envelope.
(2.2) Direct deposit into the designated account of Hang Seng Bank for “Lions & Hong Kong Baptist University Chinese
Medicine Charity Foundation Ltd.”(Account no. 366-042653-883). Please mail the bank receipt together with this form to
the Secretariat, HKBU School of Chinese Medicine* or by fax at (852) 3411 2902.

All donations will be contributed to the “Privilege Scheme of Chinese Medicine Service for Elderly” with no administrative fee being charged so that more elderly in need can receive subsidies for medical consultation and treatment.
Your personal data will be kept strictly confidential by Lions and Hong Kong Baptist University Chinese Medicine Charity Foundation for communication purpose. For a donation of HK$100 or above, a receipt will be issued by the Foundation for tax exemption purpose.
